- Open to UG, PG, PhD scholars, and faculty in medical, pharmaceutical, and allied health sciences.
- Abstract submission is mandatory for participation in both categories. One submission in each category is allowed for a single presenter
- All submissions must be original and must not have been presented or published elsewhere.
- Upon abstract acceptance, each participant will receive a unique code.
- This code must be inserted in place of author names on presentation slides and posters.
- Any presentation revealing the identity of the presenter or affiliated institution will be disqualified.

- ABSTRACT HAS TO BE UPLOADED AS EMAIL ATTACHMENT ( MS Word document)- IN THE BODY OF THE EMAIL, PARTICIPANTS WILL HAVE TO MENTION- PRESENTING AUTHOR NAME, AFFILIATION, CATEGORY, TOPIC, REGISTRATION ID.
- Label the File as ‘Oral Presentation/Poster Presentation (Author Name- NEMPSCON Reg. No.)’
- Abstract must be structured: Title, Authors and affiliation, email, Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
- Word Limit: 300 words
- For students(UG/PG)- A PDF of the Bonafide certificate to be uploaded along with the abstract (Format for Certificate- https://coffee-debi-62.tiiny.site )
